One Last Encore

Matawan Huskies varsity baseball showed heart and class by taking the field one last time and defeating 18-4 Mercer County Champion Notre Dame by a score of 3-0. Nick Santuccio went 6 solid innings and Robbie Marshall earned his 8th save of the year. George Zirkel, Brian Leibell, and Shawn Johnson all picked up RBIs pushing Matawan ahead toward victory.
Great job….
Times change, friends come and go, but you will always be a Husky.

It was a Tale of 2 Seasons

We had the best start in school history. 14-4. We had some injuries, bad luck, a few bad calls, and a team wide hitting slump and didnt finish how we would have liked.
Thank you seniors for your dedication. Thank you underclassmen for your hardwork and we loom forward to next year.
Thank you parents for all your continued support.
See you -June 11th- Baseball Banquet at St Clements
