Jv and varsity vs neptune moved to Saturday at Neptune at 10. Bus at 8:15

Nick Santuccio pitched a 7 inning gem to lead the Huskies over Ocean Twp HS. Joe Piscopo singled- went to 3rd on a Mike Creamer double and Justin Henderson scored Piscopo on a sac fly. Santuccio was the story scattering 5 hits, striking out 5 and walking only one. Matawan is now 2-0

The Huskies got off to a good start on opening day 2014 with a 22-0 win over Academy Charter. Joe Piscopo had 3 hits and 2rbi as did Joe Garofalo. Justin Henderson and Adam Elliot each had 2 hits, a double, and 3 rbi. Nick Santuccio picked up with win on the mound
