FOOD FOR THOUGHT: With 2 weeks until try outs

  1.  Weight room activity should stay at an even pace

2.  Running long distances or time periods should be balanced with sprint work

3.  Dynamic warm ups to start – Finishing with stretching is a must – especially in the arm, back, shoulder

4.  Find a friend and play catch – short throws working up to LONG TOSS using more of your legs and forward momentum

5.  Batting cages in the area are getting busier and busier but there is always time and space available

6.  simple tee work with a wiffle ball in the house, garage, into a fence IS JUST FINE
