Matawan Huskies baseball came up with a gutsy 8-0 win over a 15-5 East Brunswick tech team. Kyle Gamble pitched a complete game shut out on 105 pitches scattering 6 hits.
The offense was lead by Tom Collazo’s single and double 2 RBI, Jackson Hercek 2 hits one RBI and Stephen Salot’s hit and RBI in the first inning letting Huskies jump out on top 3-0.
The Huskies defense turned 2 double plays and salot also had a diving play to save a run in the 3rd
